There are lots of reasons to move to Loveland Colorado. I’ve covered many of these in previous videos and blogs but today I want to talk about some great neighborhoods for living in Loveland, CO. The two Loveland neighborhoods featured in the video below are Buckhorn Village and Enchantment Ridge. Both of these neighborhoods are on the west side of Loveland with views of the Foothills.
If you are planning a move to Loveland, Colorado, consider living on the west end of town. The west side of Loveland is right up against the foothills. You’ll have nice views of the mountains on your drive home, easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and you’ll be away from the hustle and bustle of I-25 and the traffic in East Loveland.

Buckhorn Village is full of 3 and 4 bedroom homes that were built in the early 2000s. The majority of the homes were built around 2005 so they are still really nice but will likely sell in the mid $400,000 to lower $500,000 range. Across the street in Enchantment Ridge, the home are a little big newer and a bit nicer. You can still get a 3 or 4 bedroom home in this West Loveland Neighborhood in the $500,000 range.
