If you’ve been considering a move to Northern Colorado, you may be wondering where you actually want to live. Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley are the larger towns in Northern Colorado but if you dig a little deeper, you can find some other great communities and they might be a little less expensive.
As I discussed in the above video, there are some other great communities in Northern Colorado. Fort Collins is great but it is a large city and the traffic is getting worse. Also, Fort Collins can be very expensive. Loveland Colorado is a great family community in a great location. Greeley is an affordable option for a place to live in Northern Colorado and they have all of the stores and everything else you’ll need in a home town.
If you are going to keep exploring other communities, Windsor Colorado is a great little town with some really nice areas to live in. Be sure to check out my video on “Why you don’t want to move to Windsor“.
The smaller towns to consider in Northern Colorado are Wellington, Berthoud, Timnath, Severance, Johnstown, and Milliken. Each one of these Northern Colorado Towns has it’s own little charm. Some are less expensive than their neighby larger cities or, in the case of Timnath, the location is just so convenient.
I can’t go into detail about each one of these communities on this page. Let’s just talk about it. Send me a text at 970-203-5066 to start the quick conversation.
