Water Valley & Raindance Communities

Two of the largest neighborhoods in Windsor, CO are Water Valley and Raindance. Water Valley is a high-end community with homes built in the late 1990s through some new construction. The neighborhood has a golf course and multiple lakes, walking trails and more. Water Valley has some homes starting around $500,000 and going up over $2,000,000. You can crusie the neighborhood in a golf cart and belong to the club to make new friends.

Raindance is a brand new neighborhood located southeast of Windsor. Raindance also has homes of many different values. There are some condos, starter homes and then some large homes that overlook the valley and golf course. There are six different builders currently building new homes in the community and a golf course in currently under construction.

The average home in purchase price in Windsor is between $550,000 and $600,000. The town is pretty friendly. There are a number of natives who have grown up and stayed here but the majority of people have relocated to Windsor from other areas.
