The real estate market is hot all across the U.S. and Northern Colorado is definitely seeing all of the same things. We have historically low inventory and very high demand for homes in this area. Windsor Colorado is a very desireable community with it’s proximity to Fort Collins and Greeley. The nice small town feel coupled with some really nice and safe neighborhoods drives up demand for Windsor homes.

The Windsor real estate market is hot with home buyers having to get agressive to schedule showings as soon as homes hit the market. If you want to buy your perfect home in this market, my suggestions is to just get started with a licensed Real Estate Agent so you have someone activing looking for new properties hitting the market. If you are looking to sell your home there is no time better than now. Most properties are receiving multiple offers in the first weekend. You’ll get more for your home in a very short time than ever before. However, a good agent will help you get the most for your home. You’ll want to price is right and stage it before professional photos because people will want to know if this is the right house before they go out and see it.
